1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Untopo application, a mobile-first tool that enables professionals to create and share field reports, notably via voice, photos, and PDF export.

2. Acceptance

Use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Access to the service

The service is available through a responsive web application and can be installed on mobile as a home-screen shortcut.

The publisher reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security fixes, or infrastructure changes.

4. User account

The user:

• provides accurate information;
• keeps their access credentials confidential;
• is responsible for actions performed from their account.

5. Subscription and billing

Some features may be reserved for paid accounts. Billing is handled via Stripe. Applicable prices are those shown at the time of subscription.

6. Liability

Untopo is provided under a best-efforts obligation. Users must review reports before sending them to third parties.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Brussels (Belgium), unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.
