Account and reports

Account and report data are retained for as long as the account remains active, unless the user requests deletion or a legal obligation requires otherwise.

PDF exports

Stored PDF exports are retained for as long as the associated report exists, or until deleted by the user.

Logs and observability

Technical logs and observability data are retained for a limited period proportionate to incident detection needs.

Billing

Billing data required for accounting and tax obligations is retained according to applicable legal time limits.
